At In Our Image Photography, our process starts with the concept. We take time to get to know you and understand what it is that you are looking for. We’ll discuss the type of session you want, the vibe or atmosphere you would like to capture, and any ideas you have for your final image. 



Introduction to In Our Image Photography and its Creative Process

• Selection of the Photographer: We carefully select a photographer from our team of experienced professionals, based on their understanding of your concept and vision.

• Planning the Shoot: With the right person selected, we will then plan out every detail of the shoot. Our photographers work with you to determine lighting, wardrobe, location, and any other elements that will help create the perfect photo. 

• Shoot Day: On shoot day, our photographers will guide you through each step of the process, ensuring that every moment is captured in the best way possible and that your final product reflects your unique vision. 

• Editing & Delivery: Once we have all the shots from your session, our team of talented editors will skillfully edit them to bring out the best of each image. After that, we will deliver your images digitally or print them for you at our printing studio ensuring they are ready for display in whatever way you choose.

• In-depth Consultation & Planning: We know that every client is unique and has their own individual vision and objectives. That’s why we always start off with an in-depth consultation where we discuss your concept, desired outcome, ideas for the shoot, budget, timeline and any other details related to the project. 

• Customized Solutions: Based on what we learn during the consultation, we will come up with customized solutions that best fit your needs. Our photographers are experienced in shooting both indoors and outdoors, in any type of environment, so they can easily accommodate any request. 

• Quality Control: We take quality control very seriously and strive to ensure the highest standards when it comes to capturing and editing photos. Our editors carefully check each image to make sure that it’s consistent with the original concept and vision of the client. 

Pre-Production: Concept Development and Planning

• Brainstorming & Creative Direction: We kick off the pre-production process with a round of brainstorming. This is where we discuss ideas, concepts, and any other elements that can help bring your vision to life. Our experienced creative director then provides direction on how to best capture these concepts in photos. 

• Location Scouting: Once the concept is set, it’s time to scout for the perfect location. Our team of experienced scouts will look for locations that best fit your vision and can accommodate all the elements needed for the shoot. 

• Equipment Setup & Set Building: Once we have identified a suitable location, we will then start setting up our equipment and creating any additional sets or props that might be necessary. We will also provide any additional lighting or other elements that can help make the shoot successful. 

• Talent Scouting & Scheduling: If talent is needed, we will then start scouting for the right people to help bring your concept to life. We will also work with you to create a shooting schedule that fits everyone’s availability so that we can ensure a successful shoot.
